"Unfriendly front desk staff. Check -in took more than 30 minutes. The room's air conditioner was broken and when we ask to change the room, the attendant argued. In the end, they switched us to a smaller room. The room smell like old cigarettes although we asked for a non-smoking room. This is not a 5-star hotel as advertised. It should be, at a maximum, 2-star hotel. Room very dated with old furnitures and only one plug in the room. As for breakfast, I don't expect much as other people...

"A brave new hotel at hotel. all staff there are getting their best to serve guests well. Rooms are spacious and has a lot of smart design in terms of lighting control, enormous TV programs selection. "One of the better hotels I stayed in Fuzhou. New, clean and attentive staff. I was originally concerned that I could not confirm a non-smoking room. However, the rooms turned out to be fine -- no smoke smell at all. Surprisingly we had a normal room and still it had an ocean/beach view from the balcony -- Bonus! We had the breakfast and dinner at the main dining hall and it was excellent! Overall, this was a really nice hotel."
