"The stay was excellent! Our suite has a spectacular view of the lake and volcano. The room was clean and tidy, and the staffs are all very friendly. We requested the crib for our baby when we booked and it was there in the room when we checked in. The location is also excellent with walkable distance to beach, many very nice stores, restaurants and parks nearby. 5/5!"

He went over all the amenities and was so helpful when we had questions. The staff in the spa were wonderful as well. I wish we could have stayed longer, but hope to return for another visit soon! "

They even removed the cups We were there 3 nights Would be nice to have a coffee each morning NOT only the first morning They let us have a late check out which was great"
