Very impressed on how Mo handled difficulty situation with Unruley guest yet handled very professionally!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mo ! "Is a nice hotel, couldn't remembered is my 4th or 5th stay. Everyone from the front desk to chambermaid are very friendly and approachable. Room are always clean and tidy. The only thing that should be improved will be breakfast, the Q for omelette egg can be pretty annoying and i would also suggest that the bacons on tray than requesting from the cook. The waiting time can be as long as 15min or more for both egg & bacon. Nevertheless, is a good place to stay with a good location to me. "

"The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is one of the best vacations I have had. It was not perfect. You can truly adjust the air conditioning in the rooms. There is a wide gap on the bottom of each guest room door, so the air from the outside flows into the room. The breakfast was o.k. but the hotel management could import better product to be served. The coffee was always burned. You should have a better system so that you serve good quality coffee. Not perfect many things need to be improved."

"The worst stay during our 2 weeks trip around Thailand. The property itself is in top condition, but sound insulation is poor. No minibar in the room It is full of Chinese guests with no manners and respect to others, who were talking, puking, spitting and coughing extremely loud throughout the entire night. We booked this property because it is further away from the walking street and we wanted to get some rest, but that was a huge miscalculation from our side "
