"All member of staff are not well trained in a manner of hospitality. All property and facilities are dated. Welcomed with no smile, they did not try to listen what guest asked them to do. Security around the property is not maintained since without an entrance door, anyone could get an access to guest rooms easily. Would NOT recommend this lodge to stay to anyone all over the world."

"13/12/24 -10/1/2025 Very nice hotel and in a quite location. I had the Deluxe room with pool view (506) , Room very spacious clean and ideal for me .Only one thing i could fault and that is why are there not any chairs on the balcony ? It is a 3 minute walk from Soi Baukhao and all the night life..Laundry service next door.. I would rate my stay as a 9.5 out of 10... I have also rebooked for Xmas 2025 "

"The staff were really good. Had a few issues with room ie no hot water thou was sorted out. Leakage from sink again sorted. Leak from ceiling again sorted quickly. It is very noisy until around 6am. If you are a night owl you'll be ok. Can't praise the staff enouth. All very pleasant and charming. If it wasn't so noisy I would stay again. Stayed 20 nights. "
