Bad bits: There was no shower gel and no hand soap in the room and no shower curtain over the bath Guidance from staff was sketchy for the wellness and for directions to city centre. "Very well placed and lovely hotel. Clean, with nice and attentive staff. My only issue is that the internet connection in my attic room was extremely volatile and mostly non-existent. I personally managed, but I can imagine that for many people this could be a deal-breaker. I suppose this is an issue only on the top floor and the rest of the hotel is probably fine. Other than that a great hotel."

"Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo. Plus while we appreciated a fitness room, there was only 1 running and a basic weight machine. It was a nice stay...

"I enjoyed my stay here staff were very friendly and was a very nice atmosphere. The property is older but that is displayed on the pictures. The buffet break fast had a lot of options and was very good. It also felt very clean through out the hotel. "
