"This hotel is old and need maintenance badly. Breakfast if you not attending at 6am you probably will just eat what was left, no replacement. The door to elevator used to be open with your door card but it was broken and anyone had access to the floors"

"I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat. "

"Providing clean towels was an issue for the hotel. We were there five nights and three of those nights involved us having to repeatedly request new towels. Also, the housekeeping was subpar. The bathroom wasn’t completely cleaned some days. The front desk staff was always polite and helpful though."
