"The hotel is very clean and cozy. The room is spacious and clean with a very nice view of Fuji mountain. The bath tub is in a heart shaped which is very cute. Food is great with very nice staff and wonderful service. Recommended for everyone, especially family. Hot spring is also nice and u can enjoy private space easily. Very great experience!! "

Staff was super helpful and friendly even bringing us some roasted corn to our room as we showed interest as we walked past him. "
