"The customer service manager and the entire customer service team were great. Shout out to the customer service manager that organized a tour of Carthage for me; an unforgettable experience! I understand saving energy costs, but the room was never really cool due to the fact they don't cool the rooms prior to a guest's arrival and you always need to leave your room key in the slot in order to maintain power. I was rarely comfortable in my room as a result. The pool is glorious and the buffet...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and had two sitting areas. Bathroom had a nightlight which was a thoughtful feature. Room service food was quick, reasonably priced and very good. Breakfast buffet was good. Housekeeping staff were very thorough each day."

The staff are impeccable, kind efficient, helpful and just all around fabulous. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and the staff there were great. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "
