"Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience."

"This property is in middle of Radda Chianti region, beautiful & mysterious. We loved the landscape around and since we had a car rental were able to visit the San Gimignano & Siena . We eish that we could have stay one more night an enjoy more of this beautiful nature. The propyby itself was beautifully decorated and I loved the vintage feel of that, breakfast was awesome and also we enjoyed one night of spa and relaxing there and one session of message . Very nice and kind spa staff."

"Had an amazing time at Palagina. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms clean. A small few things they could focus on is giving the rooms a bit of a face lift as they do seem dated and improve ventilation in the bathrooms to avoid the mold. Also screens on the windows so you can open them without the worry of bugs getting in. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant and loved the wine/wine tour. I would definitely recommend. "

"The front desk staff were wonderful. Our room was very spacious. I would suggest adding a full length mirror or at least a non-antique mirror outside of the bathroom. The morning breakfast was really well prepared and staff was always very friendly. The evening dinner at the property’s restaurant was where we had the problem. "I really liked the proximity to the train station and the many dining options. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the service of most of the staff was great. The one thing that bothered me some was the loud music late at night from the nearby bars. My daughter and I were there over the Antique market weekend."
