"We stayed in the penthouse so the most expensive apartment welcome pack not really impressive washing up brush fairy liquid bottle of cold water some toilet rolls and maybe some fruit would’ve been nice as there’s only one local shop and the restaurants are very expensive so you need to hire a car or get a taxi if you’re on a budget"

"The hotel is very nice, pretty close to the beach and the old town of Benidorm with its beautiful streets and a lot of stores. The room was large, with 2 comfy beds, cleaned every day, the towels changed at request and the linen once at 4 days. The bathroom was also large, well equipped. We had HB with possibility to choose between lunch and dinner which was very nice and flexible. All the stuff from reception, cleaning and restaurant very professional and kind. "very clean hotel. We were half board and found the plenty of choice and really good dining room staff. Lovely pool area BUT pool did not open until 10 am whick is a very bad point in our view. This needs to be addressed as there was a lot of people complaing about this."

"The H10 Porto Poniente is perfectly located in the Old Town but being a short walk from the livelier part of Benidorm. We stayed in a Junior suite room 726 which had partial views on the sea. It was lage & welll appointed."
