"Just returned from a 5 night stay here. Apartments were clean and well equipped, a few teabags / coffee / sugar provided with kettle and coffee filter. Also kettle and microwave. "when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "
