"Grand old Charming Hotel with great staff."

"One of the best hotels we stayed in during our 1 month holiday in Europe. Ample parking, large space for big cars and free compared to our last hotel that charged 11 euro per night for an awful garage. Love the sumptuous breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. In the evening, there's happy hour kind of snacks which are delicious. Hotel is clean and room spacious. Could have given them 6*"

"Great location, small rooms but clean and modern. Only disappointment was the front desk not having advice on local recommendations and sending us to the tourist traps! Make sure you stay inside the town (walking distance from the hotel, minutes!) and you’ll have a great experience. Avoid restaurants by the water even if the hotel refers you!"

"Breathtaking views out of the surrounding windows as you had breakfast every morning. Wonderful cocktails made by the bar with comfortable seating areas to enjoy some relaxation time. All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing. "

"Fantastic end to our week touring north Italy. Spa facilities were brilliant and it was lovely to share them with our children Room was spacious with a large balcony. Only downside was pool and spa closed on Monday's until 3 but apart from that great! Breakfast was lovely too with a wide selection of things to choose from- something for everyone "

"This hotel was beautiful and had great views of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful and they have parking available for €15 per night. Breakfast is included and was great. Our only complaint with this property was that the beds were not very comfortable. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. "Reception area was spacious with seating areas indoors and outdoors. The huge breakfast room was well-laid out and had many various options, and it had very efficient staff. There are two elevators that are larger than some other European hotels. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bathroom, also. The only negatives for us were the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate for viewing yourself in the mirror. There is a magnifying mirror on the wall, but the light above the sink is poor....
