"It’s in the center center of Cannes 3 min walk from train station and 3 minutes to the beach great location. Since I’m solo traveler I had a tiny room. Too small actually. Bathroom fine but small also. Good hot water and good pressure. Good AC. It was clean. But needs updating a bit. But for the good inexpensive price in Cannes you can’t beat it. It’s worth it and the best location just around the famous rue dAntibes "

"Very basic which is fine if it’s clean and comfortable. Room so small you have to move the bed to get to the hanging space. Toilet roll never replaced so ran out and due to no reception working in the evening I had to go to the shop and buy some ! Reception very noisy right outside bedroom door chatting to friends on a video call at 7.30am and this woke me up. Cold water in shower at 9.30am No water in room."
