"great location, half way between beach and train station, 5 mins each way. street has some good bars, not rip off prices by the sea. close to great thai - Chai Dee, just be sure to book a table as busy spot and if i hadn't, 10 days out, we would have had an his wait at 8pm. "It’s in the center center of Cannes 3 min walk from train station and 3 minutes to the beach great location. Since I’m solo traveler I had a tiny room. Too small actually. Bathroom fine but small also. Good hot water and good pressure. Good AC. It was clean. But needs updating a bit. But for the good inexpensive price in Cannes you can’t beat it. It’s worth it and the best location just around the famous rue dAntibes "
