"The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the pier, Upside Down House and other attractions. I ate at the hotel on one evening. The food was good. The shower in my room was a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel. It was impossible to get the head at a good angle. My room was spacious and clean.. i would definitely stay again "

"It was great. Particularly good having three restaurants. But I can be very picky. All about the breakfast. The coffee wasn't great. The bacon was underdone - it doesn't need to be really crispy but it does need a bit of brown to develop the flavour. The marmalade wasn't that good either. One other thing, which I suspect may be common to all hotels these days. They wouldn't give me a paracetomol when I really needed one. Probably something to do with health and safety. But really?"

"I loved the location of the property. Beautiful trees. The foyer us very modern and comfortable. We were a large group and enjoyed our stay. The room we had was okay size for one night. The family room is very spacious. Clean and tidy. The swimming pool was nice and warm. The changing rooms and showers in the pool are in need of update. The bathroom was clean and had everything needed. Parking is £10 per day but reasonable. Breakfast was a bit basic but okay with warm croissants. Option to order...

"Dated , outside uncared for looks shabby needs a tidy up, run down ,building smells of drains, definitely not 4star , Shame because it’s a great Location Bed was comfortable food was good Would not stay again "

"The hotel itself could probably do with a bit of refurbishment. Stayed in a harbour view room on top floor and the fabric headboard was quite grubby. The coffee machine was on the floor in the wardrobe so you had to lift it out and set it on the side to use it. The kettle was in the wardrobe and the socket was in there but had to unwind the lead from the base of the kettle to be able to plgtit in and there was no light in the wardrobe so had to have the main room lights on to be able to see what...
