"This hotel is not bad. breakfast was the same every day, I didn't like the fact that we arrived at 8:30 am and couldn't enjoy breakfast, we could only have it the next day. I also asked them to make soup for my daughter and they had nothing to do. The socket in the bathroom of our room didn't work."

"Really enjoyed our stay for the final leg of our Italy honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. As a lovely surprise, they had upgraded our room, left us a thoughtful and welcoming letter in the room accompanied by a selection of cakes and pastries, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, fully equipped, very comfortable, and had a gorgeous view over the port and the city, and it will definitely be our accomodation of choice next time we stay in...
