My mother is disabled, but they arranged a private tour with Giuseppe and Daniel that made her dream of seeing Pompeii so wonderful. Breakfast every morning in this beautiful palazzo was delicious. "Unfortunately this hotel was not for us. When we arrived we had to enter through an underground garage. The rooms were dated and we had ants in the bathroom. There are two sides to this hotel the wedding and party venue which looks very nice ...and the annex that we were put in. We moved the next morning. The hotel were understanding as we were meant to be there for a week, Expedia were excellent mediators."

Sheets dirty stains, had to have hotel worker come get my things out of my rooms since they were locked inside, he had to use multiple keys to get in. There was absolutely nothing around the property, and could not get any transportation out of the area. I booked a single room for 2 nights and ended up leaving the same day I got there, completely out of the money I spent. Worst...

"Odd place fine for one night. Bed not made when arrive sheets and pillows in a drawer? Reception telephone ringing from early but answered and pretty noisy in room next to reception. It was good value and near pompei if you have a car. I wont need to stay again and would look elsewhere if I returned to the area"

"This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well."

"The property is unsuitable for many reasons; Not once was my room cleaned. Reception staff do not speak both italian and english there is one person who speaks english and works part time. Breakfast is not a buffet, there is toast and an option of stale pastries. The rooms are not sound proof, if you dont like to sleep then stay here because you can hear absolutely everything, people coming up and down the stairs the person next door phone notifications, not to mention the hotel do absolutely...
