"Nice property in a nice area"

"This hotel grew on me. The room wasn’t warm and inviting, but I liked the high ceilings. There were lovely parts of the hotel we did not have time to explore. It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice. "Well appointed hotel, with friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and festive as our stay was during the Christmas holiday. Great location, easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and historic locations. Will definitely stay again if ever in Naples."

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."

"Have stayed here multiple times and will likely return again, but our particular room had the tiniest awkward bathroom, and wasn't serviced properly - no restocking of fridge, glasses, cups, tissue, towels, etc. The breakfast, dining room, and bar staff were excellent. The front desk staff, not so much, sadly."

"There is a grocery store right across the street and a pizzeria "attached" to the hotel. We had to go to a pharmacy and it was only 8 minutes away, a quick walk. The continental breakfast was good, croissants, juice, coffee, fruit, and pastries provided. There were also cold cuts that we didn't try but others were eating. There is a mini bar in the room but we didn't open it for fear of getting charged lol. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The smart TV was great so that we could log in the...
