"Hotel is a little older. The room was nice and it was clean. The staff did walk into our room multiple times during our stay and sometimes without knocking. They were replacing towels and such. The pools were beautiful however a ton of people were saving chairs but weren’t at the pools. That was a it frustrating. Overall a good place. "

The room felt very run down, cracked tiles and stained walls, aircon was poor. The terrace was enclosed with the walls of other terraces so no view. "The dinner was the worst part, they never told use that we could not order chicken, when the family tried to Order chicken they said no more chicken. Then the Italian family next to us ordered chicken and they brought it to them. I thought that was awful since my kids don’t eat fish and they didn’t take it off the bill either. Beds and room were ok. I just wouldn’t order dinner there."

"Well located hotel in Ischia near Port. Very outdated from the outside and currently being renovated. Our room was big and beautiful but noisy (we could hear neighbors like they were in our room). Needs full refreshment and will be perfect."
