"Nice old character building. Good Spa facilities, staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Need to focus on cleaning though, using a hover in the public area especially dining room & focus on the cobwebs around windows. Overall a nice stay. "

"The staff were great but there are too few of them for a larger hotel. The basics like the faulty drain in the sink and very temperamental shower controls, lights that would not switch off individually (all on or all off only option) made the room feel very tired. Communal areas nice and breakfast good. "

"Booked this hotel whilst visiting the University of Northampton open day as it is located right on campus. It wasn't clear where to park and had to be directed by campus security. The hotel is quite modern but lacks atmosphere. We didn't see any other guests during our stay. The complimentary drink on arrival was nice. Breakfast is canteen style in the building opposite. For the price charged, I found the experience very basic."

"We had an interconnecting room - double on one side and twin on the other. Each room also had a put up bed in for larger families. We loved the warm pool, games room and outdoor activity such as the chess board. The reception desk was very friendly. A short drive into Stratford Upon Avon. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive "
