"We loved our stay here. The cottage has loads of quirky architectural features. It's remote enough to see the stars in the hot tub on a clear night, but has a lot of towns and villages around to drive to for days out, plus local walks which were detailed in the welcome book. We mostly stayed cocooned in the cottage as it's so warm and snug. The cottage is situated in a working horse riding stable so during the day people are coming and going in front of the cottage as they arrive and depart, so...

"We had a lovely family birthday weekend for 14 in this spacious and well equipped farmhouse which is in a beautiful rural setting. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of action but the snooker table and games room kept teenagers and adults amused. They also enjoyed the outdoor tennis court. Great Tew is a pretty village and other delightful Cotswold places are within easy reach by car. My only complaint is that we had so many emails with information from Stay Cotswold and from Tew...

"Lovely cottage, well placed. One comment is that the stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom are very steep and narrow."

"We had a lovely stay as a young family of four. Although the two single bed room wasn't really appropriate for our young children as the stairs were quite steep and it was a mezzanine as opposed to a separate room. But fortunately the owner installed a stairgate for us which made things a lot safer. It'll be worth mentioning this in the description. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and it was close to lots of family friendly activities"
