"We stayed at the barn in November, it was very clean, location was perfect. Very quiet and relaxing stay. Gorgeous fireplace. Lots of wildlife around and great location for visiting Chipping Norton."

"Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. "

"We had an amazing 3 days/2 nights away at The Old Rectory which was perfectly facilitated by Sarah and her fantastic property. There was plenty of space to do whatever we wanted - swim in the pool, play table tennis in the games room, play boules and walk the dogs in the grounds, have nice dinners in the kitchen and dining room and play games in one of the three lounges. Everything that we could have possibly needed was provided and helped to contribute to a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Sarah...
