"You are required to self check in, but for me the card reader wasn’t working. Had to find staff to help and then she came with a less than friendly attitude. Thought bfast was included, was charged €19 extra at check out. Interior is dated and old, no USB ports and no ventilation in the room. "

"I stayed here with my work team to attend the 2025 Heimtextil convention at the Messe Frankfurt. It was walkable to the Messe and was a fantastic home base for an arduous week. The rooms and full kitchenettes were extremely comfortable and well-outfitted, down to a pan and utensils to use the stove range, and the security, onsite dining, and free laundry were also fabulous. The staff was absolutely amazing and so patient, informative, and proactive. It was also nice to be within walking distance...

"What I liked the most was the location, very close to the ISH 2025 venue. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety, but the quality was good despite the few options available. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was too small, making it almost impossible for two people to be there at the same time without getting in each other’s way."

"This is a nice hotel with great breakfast and dining options nearby (including a 15th-century city tour-turned-classic German restaurant). The hotel is located close to the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt, so it is a good place to stay if you have business there. It is somewhat distant from the center of the city and the main train station, though both are accessible by public transportation. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff are efficient and helpful. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised to see there was no door on Bathroom which makes it diffcult if you are sharing the room and Breakfast was over priced at 25 Euros. The staff were great and if I stayed again it would be down to the friendly staff. "
