"The staff were nice. Location was good and within walking distance to the street market, restaraunts, beach and tour pickups. Lots of options for the in house buffets and we had some fun entertainment each night. Small issue with showers slow to drain. Bigger issue was the beds, like sleeping on a park bench and had to use the extra comforters to provide a bit of cushion. That said, my mom loved her bed."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well.
