"The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season. The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the Reception was terrible. "Beautiful weather sun by pool all day no shade, very helpful staff they all love English tourist, very quiet day and night, recently been updated,spent three days on deck chairs and swimming in the pool only saw one other person swimming, rooms fully air cons two bathrooms, full cooking utensils , can’t express how much we loved these apartments and will 100% be coming back reviews online are not accurate at all we went the end of June completely silent "

"I'm so glad I chose Palma Suites for our October trip to Palma. Location - great walkable location to Old Town Palma. There's a grocery store nearby and so many amazing restaurants. You can pretty easily walk to the Cathedral and harbor area. One caveat, if you show up on a Sunday, it won't be nearly as spectacular as it is later in the week. (given that many shops close on Sunday in Spain) Amenities - the hotel has a nice bar that makes a great Sangria and other delicious cocktails. ...

"Overall experience was good. The apartment needs a makeover, which they are doing next winter. The breakfast is great, lots to choose from! The location and surrounding area/pool was also great. Friendly staff always smiling! A special shout out to Pau at breakfast for making our little boy Ellis smile every morning."

"The location for this property is on top of the main Magaluf strip so if you're there for partying then you will find no issues. The rooms are functional and clean. You will not get much sleep and we even had a person banging on our door during the night and constant outside noise. It's not a place to relax or sleep. Also there was an issue with getting into the property but this was resolved promptly. "
