"Only one staff at Reception. Check in delayed. Bathroom towel not clean. Twin beds not separated but joined. Amenities - sewing kit, cotton buds missing. Toilet & bedroom only divided by a glass panel so one gets disturb by noises when one pax is washing up. Poor layout. Breakfast everyday same. Should change some items. Wont want to stay here nor recommend to anyone."

"The first room they put us in had a bad smell, it was dark and it was noisy at night… we could hear banging (like with a hammer) and dragging sounds. It sounded like renovation work going on. When we complained about it on the second night (and even recorded the noise for them to listen to), and after they sent an employee up to our room to listen, they kept trying to tell us that the noise was from the KTV four floors below us. It wasn’t… it was not singing or music, it was banging and...

"only the hotel manager speaks English, if you stay longer they do not clean every day shower and room, they say they have Visa and Mastercard, but they do not, machine has been broken for 6 month. Disco in neighbor building, so music from 10 pm until 3-4 every day."
