"My husband and I stayed in October of '24 and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with the most delicious omelet and croissants of the trip. Parking was amazing and the staff service impeccable. Would HIGHLY recommend."

The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. "Absolutely lovely small hotel directly on Lake Como in Varenna. We loved our small but very well equipped room and bathroom. Loved the “ rain shower”. Nice balcony with beautiful views. Excellent breakfast in a stunning setting. Excellent service, too. "

"Bett und alles war ok alles ist neu und sauber. Einzig die Raumtemperatur war zu kalt (mein Empfinden). Die Temperatur Lies sich auch nicht höcher einstellen. Sie werben mit SPA und Wellness beides kann man nicht brauchen nach 18:30 und das gehört nicht einmal zum Hotel. Kaine Reception "

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"Spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony looking out towards the lifts. Very convenient for the ski lifts, town, supermarket and restaurants. Parking right outside. Great ski/boot room. Good breakfast. Nice to have the Spa and pool on site. Very helpful staff. "
