"Good: Lovely rooms, we were even upgraded, and one had a sauna! Attentive staff both at reception and also in the bar and restaurant. Car parking nice and easy which was a concern for me beforehand. The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous. "

Bed comfortable and good size. Busy check in area as in same area as bar so for logistical not well located in hotel. Location of hotel reasonable - taxis can take some time to arrive. "The property is clean and very close to rail station that will take you in 15 minutes to centre of Brussels. Very good options for breakfast. Downsize is the fact that the heating didn't work in one of the bedrooms for one night and didn't work in both rooms for second night. We had to ask for a heater. The salad mixed with some sauces was soure and not fresh at all. Also the milk in the caffe machine was soure too. I has to ask the employee to change it because l couldn't drink the caffe. "

"This hotel was close to the station but quiet and so lovely. The staff were so on it even letting us leave our cases so that we could go and explore before we booked in. Having a drink on the outside terrace, in good weather is a must. Getting to any of the sights from this hotel was really easy with the metro train and bus station within a 5 minute walk."
