"Good location and well signposted from all three terminals. Very friendly staff, quick check in, very comfortable stay, nespresso machine in the rooms was a nice touch and very quiet. "

No indication ftom reception staff or in the rokm as to where it was hidden. Big black mark for this one, especially in Manchester!"

"The gem of this hotel is the staff. Service was exceptional in all areas. We had a few issues with the room. The safe did not work and water was cold but these were immediately rectified. Staff in all departments were so friendly and professional. The only thing that would stop me going back to this hotel is the noise from the adjoining rooms. "Friendly staff & ideal location. The room was ridiculously hot, but I managed to turn down the valve on the radiator to help the room cool down. Also the brew facility options weren’t great with PG tips & Nescafé."
