"Room was large! Bed very comfy! Bath was heavily marked, scratched which looked off putting. Cobwebs within room, external security night light shone through window which left a glare in the room at night. Coffee pods not replenished, meal within Resturant was cold, we sent it back, but no consideration for partners meal, so we might as well been eating separately- not the experience we wanted for our 30th wedding anniversary. Spa / pool was lovely. "

"Eugene (on reception) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am in a wheelchair and he even offered to push me back to my room. My room 139 was very clean Except for the underside of the wall mounted shower seat, which was filthy. The food wasn’t great. My husband ordered pie and mash but received pie and chips. The pie was very dry and a bit tasteless. My cheese on toast was ok. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice. I had booked a disabled executive room, but executive rooms are upstairs!...

Fantastic room (Attenborough apartment), great range of foods at breakfast, lovely bar and spa area. Will definitely be returning! "

"The breakfast was really good The worlers and cleaners.were very nice and good. The hotel is quite dated and the management's need to invest in new carpets in the least. Fix door frames and do.some TLC. This is not management but owners and capital planning in facilities management. "
