"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"Hotel itself was lovely, room rather small. It was more the location, whilst a good spot, 5 minutes from train station and 15 minute walk to the main areas. A lot of homeless begging for money and got quite aggressive at times when you do not give or try and walk past, but this is not the hotels fault. Long as not having to walk alone I would recommend."

"It is centrally located to walk to many places of interest. Very comfortable beds with a memory like foam topper but not to much. Breakfast is the best, well worth the 19 euro and order with stay or right at arrival for that price. My German Eurail pass only included to Brussels Nord. I suggest take taxi between hotel and that station instead of transferring to Brussels Centraal train."

"The property was located in the heart of the city in the Grand Place area. This was both good and bad. The good was its location to everything including the central train station we took from the Brussels airport, the bad was the noise which seemed to only stop at 2am and then start back up at 6am when the trucks invaded the streets to make deliveries and LOTS of noise. Our room as in the front right over the entrance so we heard EVERYTHING. I highly recommend bringing earplugs if noise bothers...

"We loved this hotel. All the staff we encountered were amazing and so friendly and accommodating, especially Eva, who welcomed us on arrival, is a credit to your hotel and Marc who helped us in other ways was amazing. We found the room (501) to be very comfortable, spacious and quiet (facing inwards). It had a separate WC from the bathroom, that had an over bath shower, and twin wash basins. Our kids had room 206 facing the road and had mentioned to us that the nearby early building work...
