"The facility was located very conveniently to the primary purpose for our visit, which was the hockey game at the Bell Center. Great heated pool on the top floor. Location was also very convenient for the other activities we enjoyed (shopping, restaurants, breweries, to name a few). Looking forward to returning someday soon"

Check in was good - the room was great, it was spacious, clean, but there was an issue so I was moved to another room in which they upgraded due to the inconvenience. Sam, the gentleman at the front desk did a phenomenal job resolving the issue. Not to mention he was polite, courteous and friendly. Based on his overal professionalism definitely made me want to come back. The was another young lady...

We called the front desk and they were nice, but never changed us or gave an explanation. It was a short night as we were flying out early the next day. The room was very nice, clean, roomy. "
