While I was there the garage was not being used so it was private. It’s worth noting that the apartment is in close proximity to the main house, but you would never know anyone was there other than the cars outside of their home. "I rented several cabins with Homeaway Ranch for my family. Very clean. There was a mix up on arrival. We had rented the Farmhouse, but it was unavailable. She offered two additional cabins instead. Disappointed that the family intended for the Farmhouse didn't get the extra space, but the cabin they were in was clean and had everything needed, just a little more cramped for a family with four kids.
