"This beautiful Bed and Breakfast was everything I hoped it would be and more. It is conveniently located close to downtown. I stayed in the Londonderry and it was absolutely perfect. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each room has a window unit and a ceiling fan so it was cold in the room-which is how I love it. The whole entire house was welcoming and breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here. "

"This is a beautiful bed and breakfast. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket with items we could warm up in the microwave, along with juice. The only complaint we had was that it was really hard to figure out how to get the TV on. No instructions available and the two remotes were complicated."

"Beautiful, spacious room. Loved that there were two sinks in the bathroom and a separate room for the toilet. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very quiet. "

"Absolutely perfect! We wanted a family peaceful getaway and we were beyond impressed. The deluxe cabin was so cute with the ladder to the second floor for the kids. The view was beautiful as well. We had a fire pit right outside. Just a few blocks away is the cutest vintage shopping area, must see the 8th Street Market, especially around the holidays."

"Very quiet stay which we really enjoyed. The little house was quaint and had all basic amenities. There is satellite radio, but no TV which would have been fine if the Wi-Fi worked well enough for us to stream anything. They said the rain might have caused issues with their system. "This is the only place we will stay on our return visits to Fredericksburg. It was lovely! The owners, Marsha and Steve were so friendly, very attentive, and always around for whatever we needed. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants (one block off Main). Rooms were spacious and very very quiet. The property has 8 cottages.
