"Lovely stay here in Stratford. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom and included a balcony, which sadly looked over the police car park! The toiletries were all l’occitane. Check in was quick and easy and communication prior to our stay was good, ensuring we had made parking arrangements and that our diner reservation was arranged. "Overall great stay, very friendly staff and clean hotel. Found us a table in restaurant whilst event was on which was very nice. Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. Room was clean just a bit tied around the edges, small older tv. "
