"Ultimate Provence is a less traditional and more modern winery stay. Rooms were setup well with a comfortable bed, big bathroom and nice outdoor space. The hotel itself also has great amenities. We utilised the pool and spa but there was also padel & volleyball. However be mindful of when you stay as outside peak times (July/August) certain services (like the full pool bar) are closed.
