"It must has been a beautiful home 50 years ago but today it is a run down large house with slim mattress, large holes in the curtains, board panel on the bedroom windows which made it impossible to open and the house had so many mosquitoes! I did not stay there. It is well located one block from the sea but in dire needs of a renovation."

"The Mazet is small but great for a family with small children. The terrace, bbq and outside eating area were lovely and it was very private. My children loved having access to the large pool. We could also easily walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Le Lavandou is a wonderful place to stay with a great long beach and lots of restaurants. The supermarket is close by too."

"The house had lots of room for our family of four. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with utensils. The air conditioning in the bed rooms worked well and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved to cool down in the pool. There were two nights with loud music in the neighborhood at night because of parties or music performances during our one week stay, but that maybe something that only happens in high season. "An amazing property in a beautiful area. The house is stunning with really high quality furniture and was spotlessly clean. The outside kitchen, seating and tables are fantastic too. A large pool was a welcome relief from the heat, as was the aircon. Communication was excellent and really quick with Fabien. We had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property and were sorry to leave!"
