"It is a small boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. As it is a small hotel, lunch and dinner options were limited, but there are many restaurants in a short distance from the hotel. The small breakfast buffet was very good and other options were available upon request. It was in a safe neighborhood so walking, even in the evening, wasn't a concern. "

"We had a large balcony suite. Not a spectacular view - we looked over the backs of several buildings and there was construction, but likely quieter than street side rooms. Bed very comfortable and staff attentive and very prompt if we had a special request ( extra ice for champagne, etc. Palermo is nice quiet area with many restaurants close by."

"Not ready for business travelers. The iron board is very small and the iron cord about 3 feet so useless. I could not iron my shirt for a business meeting. Also, requested a late check out and only the same day was able to answer me if yes or not it was available. They need to get up to speed for business travelers. "

"The Glu Hotel has a fantastic, kind and helpful staff, perhaps the best I have seen in any hotel. They pay attention to their guests. This is a small and personable hotel. We stayed in one of the smaller suites, which are located in the back and are very quiet. The location is excellent, close to many activities in Palermo, yet not noisy.
