"The apartments are not decorated at all, very bare, not cozy. Kitchen is poorly equipped, no coffee machine. Check in process is tedious Communication prior to arrival was non existent creating unnecessary anxiety. Beds are comfortable Shower pressure is good but the water leaks outside and gets the floor all wet. Only one bath towel per person. No hand towels provided. No hair conditioner. "

"Muito frustrante. Fui a trabalho competir e não consegui dormir direito as três noites pelo barulho dos hóspedes nos quartos ao lado, paredes finas, se ouvia de tudo. Internet terrível sempre caindo. Quarto minúsculo e com cheiro de coisas velhas. Para quem quer sossego é um mínimo de conforto, não indico."

"Check in is down the street, one block away. Not a secure area to store our bags while we flew to the falls and came back. Rooms are are run down, but very clean. Staff was excellent! But….. for the price it was just fine."
