"Wonderful experience. Not your typical hotel. Check-in was different but not a problem at all. Would definitely recommend. Parking was a little challenge but again, not a big issue. "

"This place was so beautiful! Not only was the condo itself well maintained, but the views were amazing. I had gotten the 3 bed cause that was all that was left, but there was a change in plan and my brother in law came out as well so there was plenty of space for everyone (sleeps 8 there were 6 of us) "

"I will absolutely be back! The only issue was the bed is awful! It’s hard and loud and I woke up hurting both mornings BUT other than that I loved the place! "

"No hot water for the entire stay. 7 people with NO hot water 😡 Property is old and needs lots of TLC. Southern Vacation Rentals refused to properly compensate for no hot water. Decided it was only worth $88. I will NEVER use them again"

"Our room was beautiful! It faced the bay but we saw dolphins from our room. It was clean and very well taken care of. 2 minor things that we were completely happy with was the ceiling fans in both bedrooms made a noise. It sounded like they needed greased. And the smaller bedroom's bed had a loose slat under the bed that popped in the middle of the night twice. Other than that, the tub and shower in the main bedroom were wonderful, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing!...
