"We went this hotel for because of its reviews for previous customers. When we enter the hotel very dirty and smelly carpet on the floor is give me ideas of where we came. "The decor was amazing. A little bit dark in the main community areas but still very unique. The different features on the bedroom doors was fascinating. Some of the bedroom interior could do with some refurbishment however always clean. Staff very friendly and evening entertainment although at the beginning of the season was very good."

"Half the hotel was closed and the water was not turned on for the pool slides. The staff are friendly but mostly only speak Turkish or German. All the signs etc are in German. It wasn't made clear that this hotel is mostly catering for its German guests only. Room was not cleaned during or stay there. But it is a nice place and very comfortable. If you speak German that is :( "

"Personeel receptie erg slecht. Onvriendelijk moet flinke extra toeslag betalen per dag vanwege dat de 2e persoon van mijnh boeking Turks is. Ik heb gewoon voor 2 personen terwijl ik voor 2 personen allinclusief betraald heb. Moest betalen anders werd van hun kan alles geannuleerd. Nog nooit zo meegemaakt. Reis al jaren met zelfde persoon nooit dit gehoort van ander hotel."

"I thought the restaurant manager could be a little more polite and say "good morning" rather than just barge past you! It would seem that the Hotel is encouraging English people to use the hotel but in reality we found many of the staff that couldn't speak English."

"Dit hotel is prima. De kamer was ook erg comfortabel. Jammer alleen was, dat de dame van de kamer ons telkens vergat aan te vullen met de gratis toiletartikelen en aanvulling van thee, koffie en de minibar en we hierom zelf moesten gaan vragen. Mijn echtgenote en ik hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Lekker gegeten en gedronken in het restaurant. Zelfs gebruik gemaakt van de hamam voor een massage en gezwommen in het indoor zwembad. Eén rode vlag, pas op met de wifi! Die zou je krijgen op de kamer....
