We had a one year old with us, and really appreciated the wooden cot with proper mattress (not just a travel one), highchair and stair gate. "Firstly, the staff tried hard to rectify the problems and I can't fault their efforts. I booked this hotel due to a good British review giving a 10. However, it is nothing like the photos on the site. The first apartment we went into had drawer fronts all peeling off and was not clean. Not even a toilet roll. So they showed us another apartment and we stayed there despite the fact it also was dirty (see photos below). Wardrobe doors were off, no towel rails/toilet roll holders - no shelf - all...
