"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

The location is really because it's only few steps from the metro & there's plenty of fast food & restaurants around the area.The only issue that we encountered was the noise, we stayed in Cardo Brussels for 3 nights and the loud noise coming from the room next to us (staff room), above us & even opposite our room,it is unbearable. "Needed somewhere to stay overnight in order to catch an early flight and as this hotel provides a shuttle service, decided to give it a go. Overall it was comfortable, with all the facilities I needed. The area has a few large super markets within 5 minute walk and some local restaurants, so that was handy. The only negatives were parking (as a friends dropped us off and there is no dropoff area or parking) plus there is a bit of street noise but nothing terrible."
