"Front desk staff were amazing. Doreen was helpful, efficient, warm, and so friendly. All the staff were great. Room was tired but okay. The bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Rooftop pool was lovely."

"The hotel is so convenient. Right on Queen St so very accessible to Britomart, shopping and the viaduct. Close to the SkyDrive airport bus too. Room was very clean and the housekeeping staff very lovely and helpful. Salt water pool was great and the gym small but good. Unfortunately not restaurant but as your right in the city, finding somewhere to eat/drink was very easy."
