"Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that. My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again. "

"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. "Apartment needs a microwave. Also quality of housekeeping is very inconsistent - sometimes no soap replenished, sometimes bin not cleared, sometimes dishes not washed. Also need to stock up utensils - more spoons/forks, no tea spoons, no butter knife, no steak/fish knives. "
