One rep did respond via texting the number I was supposed to call, she was very helpful. "The accommodations were just as I hoped. Unit was clean and orderly. The thoughtful staff had left flowers and a card as we were not there on vacation but for my brothers celebration of life. The staff was very proactive to help us have the best experience possible at this location. They were very friendly and helpful. The facility is great and in a good location with easy access to all of Austin. Very much reccomend this facility to others. Nice exercise space, good pool and free parking....

"Properly was very "lived in." Broken fixtures, chunk of cabinet missing, board that covers bathroom sink was off and leaning up against the wall. The worst thing was the pillows smelled TERRIBLE like a dude's B.O. I even laundered the pillow cases, but the problem was the pillows themselves- I hope they discard those, I literally had to ball up a quilt from the closet and use it as a pillow the entire 10-day trip.
