"Hotel was nice and most staff were kind, friendly, and helpful despite the large volume of people trying to check in at the same time ahead of a show at JPJ area. The exception was the valet. I saw him get into a verbal altercation with a pedestrian that he almost hit with someone else’s car. We also witnessed the valet drive like a maniac when out of view of the lobby area. We decided to self-park. I could have done without the fish hanging above the beds but that is probably a me thing and...

The king bed was huge and so comfortable. Lots of chairs and desk space in the room. Tv was easy to use and large. Views of the city were great. Shower was gorgeous.
