"The views were spectacular. The service was excellent. The room was spotless and beautiful. I have 2 suggestions. Add two hooks to one of the walls in the bathroom. There is no place to hand towels once used. Also, add a shelf under the sink area to place other toiletries."

"We didn’t get to the hotel until 2:00am and whoever was at the desk was so helpful. There isn’t an elevator so they helped us with bags while we carried our sleeping kids. The hotel was quiet and beautiful- the breakfast delicious- service was beyond- would absolutely recommend for nice retreat! "

From the charming unique rooms, the stunning views, colorful plants/flowers, amazing dining food/drinks. Rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. We were on the 1st floor so we didn't get a view of the sunset but we were just as happy to be able to walk out of our patio and visit the pool/sitting area and go to breakfast and dinner at the restaurant onsite. "Hillside property with beautiful grounds, swimming pool and views of mountains, valleys, and the quaint town of Atenas. Our bungalow was quite nice and comfortable. Our host, Alejandro is wonderful, informative and speaks many different languages. Breakfast is not included but there are many dining options in town. "

"We stayed in the Rosa Blanca room. We loved the view and the beautiful art work on the walls in the bathroom. The circular stair case was unique and the 270 degree view of San Jose was great. We thought the staff was friendly, Carlos at the front desk helped us with many arrangments. The wait staff in the restaurant gave us excellent service."

"We made a mistake with our reservations in San Jose and found a need for a hotel at the last minute. This Four Points had availability and was only about 20 minutes from the airport. It was comfortable and has a decent restaurant and bar. The staff was gracious and it was a good port in the storm."
