"The hotel was nice but the free breakfast is a chaos. No hot water at breakfast and choices limited. Tables were unclean. I need to use the toilet and asked my 80 year old mom to go in for her breakfast. They did not allow her to go as they wanted all to be parent. My mom has walking difficulties and they just made her stand outside the restaurant to wait for me to come."
