"The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything. Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation.
